Appointments
Normally all appointments have been booked for one week in advance, although, cancellations can make the odd appointment available at short notice.

We provide receipts for healthcare cash plans such as Simply Health and Hospital Saturday Fund.
Opening Hours
You can contact the surgery between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday to book an appointment and for advice.
If we are unable to answer your call please leave a message and contact number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Fees.
£45.00 per surgery session
£55.00 per domiciliary session (home visit)
*48 business hours notification required for cancellation of appointments.
Repeat late notice cancellation will require a prepayment for any further appointments made.
Initial Consultation.
Your consultation will last up to 40 minutes.
The following confidential information is required:
- Full name
- Address
- Telephone number and/or mobile
- Date of Birth
- Name of G.P. and practice address
- Medical history (i.e. details of operations, serious illnesses or conditions)
- Allergies
- Prescribed medication
Parking.
Parking is available on a private drive or on the public road adjacent to the surgery.
